Award Winning Design & Technology

The entire Eos Converge line of revolutionary wireless multi-room audio system was bestowed the high honor of receiving the Best of Innovations Award for 2010. The Innovations awards have become a hallmark for the best-designed products in consumer technology. The Best of Innovations award is considered the “Oscars” of the electronics world.

The award is sponsored by the CEA, the producer of the International CES, the world’s largest consumer technology tradeshow, and endorsed by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), the voice of industrial design, committed to advancing the profession through education, information, community and advocacy. The International CES Innovations 2010 Awards recognize the best designed and engineered products.

The Innovations Design and Engineering Awards began in 1989 as a way to recognize outstanding achievements in product design and engineering. Judges look for aesthetic and design qualities, unique and novel features, and how a product contributes to the consumer’s way of life, among other things. The CEA sponsors the awards and also produces the International CES, the world’s largest consumer technology tradeshow.

The Best of Innovations designation is awarded to an elite 31 products in there respective categories that earn the highest honors from the panel of judges, which include engineers, independent designers and journalists.
