Eos Wireless Shipping Policy

Shipping
Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the same day but are guaranteed to ship within 1 business day. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on current UPS shipping rates for the applicable level of service, and added to your order.

Payment Terms
Intellitouch Online Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Optima. COD orders are not accepted. Orders placed from outside the US will only be accepted when paid for in US funds. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.

Items purchased via www.eoswireless.com and shipped between December 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007 may be returned until January 31, 2008 for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions listed below.

You may return your Eos purchase that was fulfilled by www.eoswireless.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns for convenience require that the customer pay for the return shipping charges. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All international customer purchases will require that the customer pay for return shipping charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
