Shipping
Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the same day but are guaranteed to ship within 1 business day. Eos offers free UPS ground shipping to the lower 48 states. Expeditated shipping is available at checkout,  charges for expediated shipping will be automatically calculated based on current UPS shipping rates for the applicable level of service, and added to your order. All orders ship from San Diego, CA (92121).

Select “Time in transit” from the list in section 1.  Eos products ship from San Diego, CA Zip 92121.  Enter our Zip and the Zip that you’re shipping to and click “next” at the bottom of the page.  The calculator will display the time in transit/delivery dates for all available UPS options.

Expedited Shipping Options
If you need you package sooner, you can specify express shipping options at checkout.  Eos Wireless bills all shipping at our cost, and never charges extra shipping or handling fees on your order.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can now be shipped by UPS Economy. You will be given the option for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments at checkout.  Expedited shipping is available.

Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is done via USPS. Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and Goods & Service Tax (GST) will need to be paid to the postal carrier when your order is received.

International Shipping
Eos can be shipped to internatinal destinations througout the globe.  Please click this link to send us an email.  Please provide us with your shipping address and let us know exactly which products that you would like.  We wil prepare a quote based on the products and shipping costs to your country.

Payment Terms
Intellitouch Online Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Optima. COD orders are not accepted. Orders placed from outside the US will only be accepted when paid for in US funds. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays to 60-days.

Items purchased via www.eoswireless.com may be returned for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions listed below.

You may return your Eos purchase that was fulfilled by www.eoswireless.com within 30 days of delivery (extened to 60 days from December 1 to January 15) for a full refund. Returns for convenience require that the customer pay for the return shipping charges. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All international customer purchases will require that the customer pay for return shipping charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
